I work full time and have kids and found that daily juicing was messy and time consuming. So i started making batches of small mason jars at a time and store them in the freezer. It takes me about 3 hours to complete the process- buying the produce to clean up — but I have 2 weeks worth of juice.
I just move 2 jars to the fridge the night before. I also found that I like the texture and taste better when my juice is in a slushy form. Even if I loose a tiny bit of nutrients, I feel its worth it for the convenience.
